Eli entered this world on January 26, 2014, with Complex Congenital Heart Disease that included seven defects within his heart alone. From the very beginning, his life was fragile, uncertain, and surrounded by words like high risk and limited expectancy. Most children born with heart conditions as severe as Eli’s are given a year—if that. But God had a different plan. God gave us ten.
